I found both people I dealt with at Springbok very friendly and professional, but mostly I dealt with Jess Langlands. I found both people I dealt with at Springbok very friendly and professional, but mostly I dealt with Jess Langlands. What agent could do to change your mind?
The fees are slightly higher than our local estate agents, however considering the short timescale from signing with Springbok to completion we found it to be good value.

I am truly amazed with Springbok, the whole process from start to finish was so quick and easy. I originally listed my property with a local estate agents, it was on the market for 10 months, with fortnightly local newspaper advertisements, a window advert and a listing on an online site but unfortunately they failed to find us a buyer.
From the first point of contact with Springbok to a confirmed buyer was under two weeks, thanks to the efficiency of the staff and their numerous advertising sites.
Jess was allocated as my sales progression point of contact and I found her to be extremely friendly and understanding throughout, she kept me well informed on the progress of the sale by phone,email or text.
I found Springbok to be well organised, friendly and very reliable,I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

We found them to be extremely helpful and when we came across issues with the sale they explained everything to us and kept us updated throughout. I would recommend anyone using this company as we had never sold a property before and they did almost everything for us. I cant thank them enough as our sale was on behalf of our elderly parents and they kept them at ease throughout
