We have always dreaded dealing with real estate agents until we met Rory. He knew exactly what we're looking for, and has never wasted our time showing us properties we wouldn't like.
He is honest and goes out of his way to help. When we moved out of our property he even helped us get rid of a few things that we forgot in the building.
From the beginning to the end of our tenancy we have had an amazing service, Rory and the rest of the staff are very friendly and easy to deal with.
Petermans is the best Real estate agency we have used in the UK, and if we haven't left the country we would never use a different agency again.

All members of the lettings team have gone above and beyond to assist with any problems or concerns regarding both of the properties I have resided in. Karen and Rory were extremely helpful when I experienced problems with one landlord and found us a new property to reside in during a very stressful period for my partner and myself.

Karen and Rory were extremely helpful when I experienced problems with one landlord and found us a new property to reside in during a very stressful period for my partner and myself.
I can not thank Petermans enough for all the help and assistance they have provided over the past four years and they have made my experience of renting stress free and enjoyable.

The staff at Petermans are unfailingly approachable, polite and helpful. They helped us to find a lovely rental place quickly, and were very flexible regarding our move requirements.
The administration of the letting was completed smoothly with no problems.
Petermans are always very easy to deal with, and communicate very clearly and responsively at all times.
I would recommend them as a lettings agency without reservation. Special mention to Rory (and Garry) who were a pleasure to deal with.

No problem at all with their fees. Unlike some of the competition who like to negotiate with their clients over the fees, Petermans cut straight to the bottom line. refreshing

Lovely people of work with, with no egos to manage or truths bent. Straight forward honest and more over, expert in their field. Both my wife and I are delighted with the service and the result
