About Tariq
My career with Bradleys started in 2014. I initially joined the Newton Abbot office as an apprentice, after many successful years I was given the exciting opportunity to become the office’s Senior Negotiator.
Within my career in Estate Agency, I have worked towards completing a Level 2 award in the Sale o
f Residential Property and have also completed the Level 3 award, which has made me eligible to become a member of NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents), aswell as this, I have passed the course to become a member of ARLA (Association of Residential and Letting Agents).
I was born in Bristol and then moved over to Jordan at the age of 2 where I stayed for only 2 years, I then moved back over to the coastal town of Torquay with my family where we have been ever since.
Outside of work I enjoy spending most of my time with family and friends, going to the gym and playing football. I also try to travel as much as I can and like to keep myself busy by planning trips away both nationally and internationally.

All the staff at Bradleys Newton Abbot have been excellent, especially Tariq and Darbo who have been very accommodating and extremely helpful. Whether it is by telephone or in person all the staff have been more than obliging, very pleasant and very professional.
My purchase through Bradleys has necessitate more than the average number of appointments as I have arranged for builders and other professionals to go to the property, both Tariq and Darbo have been very helpful and accommodating in arranging these and have both spent a considerable amount of time at the property in order to give me access. I, thank them both for their patience and tolerance, especially Tariq.
I also had Peter to value my property and whist I did not actually market my property through the Newton Abbot Office it was a very strong contender, mainly due to Peter's reassuring and professional manner.
All the staff at the Newton Abbot Office are a credit to Bradleys.

The team there are all very experienced and helpful. They understood our needs as buyers and when looking at a house they gave time and space needed to view and explore the property, and were able to answer questions well and were very knowledgeable about properties for sale/being viewed. If they didn't know an answer to a question, they would note it and let you know they would find the answer; and did so promptly. They are all very professional and courteous. Also their mortgage adviser has been really helpful too, and has made the whole process an easy one and saved much time (and stress!) with finding a good deal with arranging a mortgage and offered impartial advice which was very valuable.

We have been really impressed by the Bradleys team. They have provided an excellent service and been professional throughout. All members of staff have been helpful, friendly and kept us informed at every step. Moving house is definitely stressful, but knowing that we are in safe and knowledgeable hands has made it easier.
We have been introduced to other services through Bradleys, such as conveyancing and mortgage advice and these services have been equally professional and made the process so much easier.
We would definitely recommend Bradleys and use them again, should we ever need to.
