Highly recommend selling a property with Ryder & Dutton in Middleton. All the team were amazing. Oliver White initially came to see us and gave us lots of information & his advise proved to be spot on.
Lisa Royle then managed the sale for us and did an amazing job. We received offers within the first week and the property was sold in 8 weeks. Lisa was always on the end of the phone to answer any queries and kept us up to date with the progress.
A truly amazing job by all the team in Middleton.

I have recently bought a house through the Middleton branch and would like to say a massive thank you to all the team, but in particular, to Lisa Royle. The purchase was a little prolonged due to Covid, amongst other things, and Lisa kept me sane througout it all.
