The valuation provided was very reasonable and Stuart provided explanations as to why he had arrived at his valuation.
I dealt with Sherry regularly during this transaction, she was always friendly and accommodated my busy work schedule very well by emailing when I was unavailable to take calls and speaking to me after my office hours. When negotiations with my buyer were necessary I felt that Sherry fought my corner well and worked hard to ensure that we arrived at a fair deal.

my feedback for both sherry and stuart are both positive our house had been on the market a while and we had quite a few of your staff who took over the sale and to be quite frank were not very good they would often not ring us with feedback we would have to ring them to find out the feedback i did complain several times over this but it still kept happening however once the staff at skelmanthorpe took over the sale they were very helpful especially sherry who was on the ball and kept us updated on a regular basis stuart was also very helpful especially when he came and helped us re market our property which we had offers on within days however the first 2 offers fell thru but we sold on the 3rd attempt within weeks after the re-marketing so big thanks to both sherry and stuart

We first started dealing with Sherry when we lost the first house we were buying through Ryder and Dutton, from the very start she was personable and caring, showing real feeling for the position this situation put us in. Once we had decided to offer on the house we now own, Sherry continued to be our main point of contact with support and advise from Stuart.
The process was lengthy (6 months), and at times extremely stressful, throughout Sherry stayed in regular contact with me, the seller, and both solicitors, always working towards resloving issues as quickly and simply as possible. She showed empathy at every twist and turn along the way and kept me laughing when I didn't think I could.

The fees we're reasonably priced, although if I needed to use the again would opt for the percentage fee and not the set priced fee. All in all though well worth the money for the professionalism from both Stuart and Sherry..

After marrying my now wife, needed to sell my house in order for us both to move on and get a home together. As my wife (Debbie) had used the Manchester branch of Ryder & Dutton, we thought it would be a good idea to keep everything under 1 roof. Also having sold Debbie's house with as little or no stress decided to opt for the Skelmanthorpe office which was managed by Stuart North. Stuart right from the off has been very helpful with his advice and knowledge of the market, that follwed up by his enthusiastic colleague Sherry. They worked well as a team so would recommend them to a anyone needing to sell/market their property within the Huddersfield/Skelmanthorpe area....
