Aaron and Jason were both consistently very helpful, efficient, friendly, and always prompt in their responses to us and dealings with our matters. Out of the three estate agents we hired to let out the property, they were by far the most helpful. Aaron always made a point of coming to viewings a bit earlier to make the flat look nice before the applicants arrived, and also staying back after they left to personally give me feedback (I live in the flat above), as well as helpful suggestions on how to improve the flat. He also really made an effort to find us the right kind of people, and to get us the highest offer, as quickly as possible. In this he stood out from other agents, and really made a difference to the process. Thanks to his suggestions, we repainted and re-carpeted the flat, and he found us a nice couple who could move in within two weeks, who seemed to be very suitable for the flat. Jason also was very helpful in that he regularly called to give updates, and always make us feel well-received and reassured. He also helped us find a good carpet service, and made good suggestions in making our choice. Both Jason and Aaron showed genuine interest in helping us with all the issues that came up along the way, and went out of their way to give us advice on how to work things out. We are very happy with the service provided by Winkworths on this occasion, and grateful for all the work they did for us. Many thanks to both of you for all your effort.

We think that yes it is fair to pay 7% commission for finding a tenant in the first year . Nevertheless not so fair to charge an extra 5 % for the second term .This should be free . This fee is for finding a tenant and should only be payable in the first year . Many thanks

As a first time landlord, I have found Winkworth's service to be faultless so far. Jason's initial appraisal of my property gave me immediate confidence in the agent's knowledge of the local market, and most importantly that he understood our specific requirements and concerns. I met Aaron before the first (and only required) viewing. He impressed with his thorough preparation, ability to quickly pin point the best aspects of the property, and willingness to listen. After agreeing on the terms of our lease, I then found Telisha to be attentive throughout the process of drawing up the contract, and an excellent facilitator for communication between the two parties involved. Overall the whole team had a refreshingly down to earth, yet professional approach. The entire process (which I was originally dreading) turned out to be completely painless and Winkworth a pleasure to deal with... Tenants move in next week!

I have used Winkworths Willesden Green office on two occasions to rent my property local to this office. Both Jas and Jason have been very efficient in finding both longer term tenants for my property. They have carried out the necessary checks and helped in finding tenants swiftly. The property was vacant for 2 days only between tenancy agreements. They also were very helpful in keeping me informed every week as to how they were getting on to find someone to rent. I have been extremely happy with the service and have no issue with recommending them. I will continue to use them in the future.

Jason de Sousa is a very polite and efficient agent and also a very pleasant person. He helped me with matters that were outside his responibilities of finding a tenant and completing the tenancy agreement, like for example the condensation problems I was having with the flat ( which I had just bought ). This was before he started to act as an agent and that is why I left the previous agency and dealt with him. He has moved to another branch, unfortunately, but Kevin who I now deal with is also a very pleasant and efficient agent.

I chose Winkworth because I was impressed with their high level of professionalism combined with their good price. Their service didn't quite match what Foxtons were giving me - but the Winkworth staff far out-stripped the service of the three or four other estate agents I had approached and they weren't charging the excessive fees of Foxtons.
The team kept me updated regularly, and very important to me - were honest and I felt this was a 'good' business deal, rather than feeling I was being taken for a ride (which Foxtons left me feeling).
I would recommend the Willesden Green team.
