I had a great experience property viewing with Robert. He was pleasant and welcoming when I got to the property and explained plans of the owner for a little redecorating of the property to freshen it up. He was happy to answer my questions. We couldn't believe that after a brief request they obliged and sorted it out.
The service, care, kindness and understanding was above and beyond.

Hanover Shine is like an extended family to us!
Fiona is so humble and friendly that my wife looks forward to her visits.
This is my second year with them and they have maintained their professionalism and personal touch.
Their down-to-earth approach has made us so comfortable that we feel as if we are living in our own home.
I was under the impression that they might change after some time but they have maintained their high professisonal standards.

From the start Robert and Fiona have been helpful, friendly & professional and left no stone unturned. They are very responsive and have been available whenever we had any questions. They should be called 'Estate Angels', rather than estate agents.
It has been almost six months now and their professionalism continues. I sincerely hope it stays this way till the end!!!

I've rented out a flat through Hanover Shine since 2007 and cannot praise the team highly enough. Robert's experience and advice have proved invaluable over the years. Fiona and Kim have been friendly, efficient and, as I don't live in the area, have on many occasions gone the extra mile to help me out, so that I haven't had to make the journey to Harrow myself. I've now sold the flat and am very sad to lose the relationship with them, but have no hesitation in recommending them to both prospective landlords and tenants
