Sales Progressor Glenda is a terrific asset to the business, exceeding all our expectations. She worked tirelessly to hold a lengthy, complicated chain together and kept us informed with regular updates. Without her, the chain could well have collapsed.

Excellent support from Links. Quick and clear communication throughout. We felt very supported by the team. Genuinely a 5-star service. The initial visit / valuation was relaxed, informative and more importantly for us, honest. Ryan made it clear it was a complex time to sell a house in the UK but also put us at ease with a fair valuation and a confidence Links would be able to sell the house.
Within 24 hours and with the house yet to hit the website Links rang us to explain they had someone they knew would be interested in our house, was looking for a quick sale and if we were prepared to allow an early viewing - this turned out to be a godsend and the offer was accepted. Huge weight off our shoulders!
Links then brilliantly worked with us and the Solicitors to take us through the potentially stressful process of selling a house in a chain but again they confidently navigated us through it. Tip of the hat to Glenda Budd - she was brilliant dealing with everyone involved right up until the 11th hour of sale completion.

They seemed to get good amount of viewings on our property and it was on the market very quickly.
