This review relates directly to Stephanie and Sophyia, both of whom stepped up to the plate in extremely difficult personal circumstances. After losing my father, and then being admitted to hospital a few days before my tenancy ended, both of these ladies worked hard to ensure that I was able to stay in the property until after I was released from hospital. They have been more than helpful, kind and professional and I am very grateful for their support and help.

Stephanie and Katie have managed my property for the past 18 months. They have been responsive to my queries and have dealt with all maintenance issue efficiently. Stephanie and Katie have managed my property for the past 18 months. They have been responsive to my queries and have dealt with all maintenance issue efficiently. As the landlord, the last thing you like to experience is to be informed that your tenants are not going to leave after they receive your official letter of notification to leave. This bad experience does happened to us in March 2013 and we had to resolve this in Court and hence to evict our tenants. We were very upset and nervous all the way though until the day coming when the Bailiff evicted the tenants in later August. During this very difficult time, Stephanie Prior, the director of Choices, was very firm and professional and also very calm. She always responded our email as soon as she could and also tried to ensure us that everything would be alright but need to follow all the legal procedures. It appeared to us that Stephanie not only knew all the legal procedures but also knew exactly how and when to deal with it step by step. Stephanie did a great job to evict our previous tenants on behalf of us as our property is under the full management of Choices. Natalie Chambers, among others who work in the Customer Services Department, is also very helpful and skillful in the contact with us. We always felt much better whenever we spoke to Natalie on various related issues and we regard this as professional.

Recently, we are impressed by Rosie Young in the same department who helps to resolve the requested amendments from the current tenants company. She worked very efficiently to coordinate three parties (the tenant company, the landlord and the Choices) in the settlement of the addendum to the current tenancy agreement. Within a limited time window, the legal documents were fully signed by all parties involved. Well done, Rosie!
There are other personnel we need to praise, but here we like to mention Amanda Bignall (property manager but unfortunately left) who did a great job in the early years of the full management of our property. Wherever she goes, we wish her all the best!
The property manage company, the landlords and the tenants are three parties that are interdependent both indispensable. Because it is entirely a business, the more professional of the Estate agency is, the better for all three parties. Please keep providing the best services as one of the top performers.
