Having rented in London for around 15 years in many houses. Moved every year because the landlords/houses were so bad or prices rose at unreasonable rates. Having rented in London for around 15 years in many houses. Moved every year because the landlords/houses were so bad or prices rose at unreasonable rates.
This has been by a mile the best landlord I have had and because of that I stayed in the house for 6 years. The quality of the place was great and the price very reasonable with minimal rises every year.
They are responsive, fair, quick, communicative and try to deal with reasonable requests such as additional cycle parking or new equipment.
When there were issues they were resolved extremely quickly, such as a new roof that was fitted a couple of days after a leak or a new washing machine that was delivered the day after the other one broke. The shared areas were well managed with a good system for storing bikes in a common yard introduced.
Renewals and the administration side of things were simple and fair as we received almost all of our deposit back.

Justyna helped me search for a home that would suit my price range in a very limited amount of time! She was always very patient and accommodating. Not once did I feel like I wasn't her highest priority.
Communication was easy with her through emails, text messages, and phone calls.
When I finally found the perfect home she worked very fast to make sure I would land it at the price I wanted. She handled negotiating the entire deal very well and helped me coordinate all the other aspects of inspections and other services.
She never appeared flustered or unable to cope with the difficult situations that arose. The keys to my new home are finally in my hands and I'm very satisfied with how Justyna helped make this happen.

My flatmates and I are very happy we found Avrasons to rent our flat. They are professional and considerate. The flat was in excellent condition when we got there, nice improvements had been made after we first saw the place. We had a problem with the shower and they got it sorted for us on the same day. Finding a place in London is quite painful. With Avrasons, everything has been really easy. From the the viewing of the flat to the arrangement of the contract, bills, etc. The place was recently cleaned and painted when we moved in and it had some improvements compared to when we saw it. What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent calculated the fee required, the landlord and what I pay is acceptable for the type of accommodation and area. Mr Jennings never provided hidden charges or asked for anything extra. He provided a very honest service and he follows the agency guide lines when it comes to fee and charges. He works like a donk, and still keeps up with the high volume of phone calls and flat visits, and despite his stressful job, he is extremely pleasant and attentive. Yes I am impressed with Avrasons staff...

I am very happy with the way Avrasons conduct their business as they are extremely professional and caring to their tenants, they go the extra mile to help and answer your requests. I've had few occasions that made me few impressed about how fast they deal with problem. I am also happy with my new place. They provide a cleaner for our building and it's our responsibility to have our room clean as it seems to accumulate dust quite easily, however the place and location are wonderful. I absolutely respect and admire the member of staff from Avrasons, they are honest, down to earth and genuine hard working people doing their job at best!!!
