The property sector may have changed quite a bit since I started out in 1999, but my approach, prioritising honesty, reliability and long-term relationship building, remains unchanged. I’ve worked for corporate and private firms throughout the years, but it was only three years ago, when I started at GHE, that I f
inally found a team with a similar ethos to mine.
My role at GHE is to identify property opportunities and build the relationships that will see landlords, landowners, vendors and investors trusting our team to do the best for them, to value honestly, to market tenaciously, and to manage their deals with constant care.
Outside of work, it’s travelling, time with the family, football, and a love of food that fills my life.

GHE came recommended and they have been managing my property since 2020. I have since recommended them to friends and family. My brother has been using them since 2020 too. I have tried another big brand estate agent (Chestertons) and can confirm that GHE is miles ahead in terms of customer service, professionalism and fee. GHE is reachable via WhatsApp. They respond promptly and that makes it easier to manage my property. I value this very much. My previous tenants stayed for 3 years until they left the UK. GHE looks after the needs of tenants and landlords.

We advertised my property on the Friday, GHE/Anthony had 10 (yes 10!) good, well vetted prospective tenants viewing my property for the Monday, 3 offers by Tuesday and signing paperwork by Wednesday. What more can I ask or say. I will definitely use Anthony and GHE in future. A+

My experience with Global House Estates through Anthony, who was assigned to my flat, was exceptional from the day I moved to this flat 3 years ago.
- Very personable and warm treatment - with GHE I didn't feel like another anonymous tenant, but like I was seen as a person,
- Quick to provide solutions when something had to be fixed in the flat,
- With GHE I felt that that both the owner's interest and my own were taken into consideration. When there were situations where they could potentially collide, GHE did their best to to reach an agreement that was satisfying for both sides. This was very refreshing compared to other experiences I have had in the past.
- All in all, all my interactions with Anthony and the broader GHE team have been great.
Based on my experience as a tenant, when I start renting my own flat I will trust GHE to manage it.

I had been searching for a long-term place to let for over 6 months with very little luck, until I had a house viewing with Thomas.
Despite running late to the viewing, he was very understanding and was flexible with his viewing times. Upon meeting him, he was very friendly and answered all our questions about the property.
That evening we submitted an offer for the property and by 10 am the next day the offer was accepted, which was unbelievably fast!!
Thomas was supportive through out the entirety of the house application process and answered our questions swiftly, which meant we could move into the property within 2 weeks.
Never thought I’d be in a beautiful flat overlooking the Thames at this stage in my life but Thomas made it possible :)
