The market has been far from easy in 2024, particularly as our sale was to retire early overseas and had to complete in 2024 as to avoid penalties in another country when arriving in the same tax year. However all the team worked tirelessly to help us achieve our dream. Franca was always punctual whilst attending property viewings on our behalf and was in contact continuously with feedback and any updates. She also provided a much-needed sounding board throughout the process. Jamie provided very high spec photos for the brochure, however our biggest shout out has to be to Lisa Aspinall who co-ordinated all parties and solicitors during very stressful time in the run up to Christmas whereby our sale had to complete due to the large knock-on effect of selling and relocating abroad to a country with large capital gains costs if done in the same financial year. She fully understood our situation and consequences and was constantly working every day to ensure this would happen. We can now leave as soon as the new year arrives, many thanks to all concerned and most of all, thank you Lisa for your stirling efforts!

Lisa persevered through a difficult time with an ex wife who did not want to sell and a fickle buyer.
It lasted 24 months on and off and I never thought it would ever be sold.
But Lisa stuck with it and finally with great relief to me pushed the sale through.
It was like having Coved it took so long
Many thanks and I would recommend Phillip James to handle any difficult divorce sales
