I am in the process of moving out of my flat and a new tenant is taking up the remainder of my tenancy with my previous flatmate.
Kate has been a great help, organising the entire changeover, and has been really friendly and approachable throughout. I have found her to be very proactive and organised and it's made the process as smooth as it possibly can be.
I would recommend using Philip James for the way they have handled the changeover and I would particularly like to thank Kate for all her help - she has gone above and beyond to ensure everything is sorted.

Kate has been excellent and an integral part of moving into our new home.
