Simon Clarke is a little more expensive than other agents we use but the service provided is worthy of the extra cost

I have been with Simon Clarke for some 10 years and at all times their professionalism has been of a consistent high standard from the pre-let period, during a tenancy through to completion. Tenants have been excellent and advice is always freely given and offered (at any stage) which I value highly. The professionalism of the previous manager, Steven, was highly regarded and this has been equally matched by Tony, whose advice and assistance on all matters related to lettings continues to be excellent. Last but not least the staff at head office have always been pleasant and helpful, with especial thanks to Margaret.
