I have a list of remedial works needing urgent attention in my new tenancy with Braemore and they have taken over 4 weeks to respond and at this moment in time I have a toilet that doesn't flush, a shower that has broken head attachments and can't adjust the height, an electric socket that doesn't work for my washing machine, no functioning Co2 alarm and a list of other sundry items which they have so far failed to react to.

I have never really had any cause to get in touch with them until recently when I was overseas and a tenant was leaving the property and a new one had to be found. I have to say Rachel was absolutely excellent. I couldn't really contact the office much but Rachel took complete ownership of the problem and situation and really went that extra mile to not only solve the problem for me but she kept me in touch with exactly what was happening at every stage. It was a great customer service experience and I am really grateful to her. It was highly professional, customer focussed and it really did go that extra mile. Thank you.

We have been letting our property through Braemore since March 2012, and are very happy with the service provided. We have had no void periods, the tenants found by Braemore have been great, and any maintenance has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Whenever we have needed to call the office or email our queries have been dealt with quickly and courteously. We would not hesitate to recommend Rachel and her team to anyone.

We have had a very positive experience from start to finish with Braemore. Rachel dealt with our recent move and was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. My boyfriend and I have spent a number of months looking for a place to live and have dealt with numerous letting agents in Edinburgh, the majority of whom were rude and very unhelpful, we soon realised that this was probably due to the fact that he is in his final year at university, despite the fact that I am employed. We were not treated fairly, especially during the 'application process' so many agents use. Braemore were thankfully the complete opposite! Thanks again to Rachel for such a great service.

I have had my property let for over 9 years with Braemore (previously Alba) and have had extremely efficient service from the staff concerned in both looking after the property and dealing with any problems that have arisen. When my last tenant of long standing left, they were able to re let to a new tenant before the notice period was up and at a higher rent.
