I have rented properties for the past 14 years and I can safely say that my current renting experience is the best I have ever had. I have lived in my flat for 4 years now and Paramount are an excellent agency. Their staff are always friendly and helpful. Issues are dealt with extremely promptly and they are very reasonable when it comes to upgrading white goods and decor. In the time I have lived here they have re-painted the windows, bathroom and hallway, re-grouted the bath/shower, fitted a thermostat to the heating system and replaced the hob, oven and fridge. One winter, our heating broke down and an engineer attended within the hour! All of this work has been carried out in an extremely professional and timely manner. Thoroughly recommended!
