When I first took the plunge to sell my property and buy a new one (both with Castles in Enfield branch), I was quite nervous and worried as I was entering into an unknown territory – i.e. out of my usual comfort zone.
However, I felt more at ease after my initial interactions with Stephen, Ashli and Franco as they were very pleasant and friendly. From the outset, they clearly went through all the possible scenarios, some were tough to hear but I realised, they were preparing me for all eventualities to manage my expectations realistically on this complex and long journey. It was refreshing that they didn't fill me with any false hopes just because it would sound better and what us, the clients, would prefer to hear!
As time went on, they supported me with their honest and sound advice/guidance and I realised how valuable their vast knowledge/experience was. I have witnessed first-hand how hard they work, tirelessly and long hours, how much sacrifice they make to ensure they work around their clients’ needs and not the other way round. Things that we, as their clients, don’t see/realise and often take for granted just because they are so accommodating.
I have thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Stephen, Ashli and Franco so much that now I have exchanged contracts on both properties (all in just three months), I will miss our dealings but I will always have the highest respect for them, they have been absolutely amazing, extremely professional and such nice down-to-Earth people.
Thankyou Stephen, Ashli and Franco, keep up the good work, you’re all fantastic in every sense!

Exceptional and supportive service, we had a really positive experience buying with Castles. We have recently sold our house through Castles in Enfield and we are very happy with the service.
Stephen, Ashli and Franco were professional, and friendly from day 1, organising lots of viewings with us (contacting by phone then following up with an email ) and giving feedback from the viewers each time.
We had a number of offers through the process and Castles guided us through the acceptance of the initial offer, advised us on what to do when the first buyer fell through for Covid-related financial issues then set up more viewings and found us another buyer quite quickly.
During the legal process they kept in touch and were able to liaise with the buyer's solicitors, and also further down the chain to keep us updated on the delays we experienced.
We would certainly recommend them!

What agent could do to change your mind?
We were 'happy' to pay the arranged fee with Castles, they do the 'foot work' they deserve their fee, certainly wouldn't have sold without them, so 'happy' to pay!

But obviously wouldn't have happened without 'Castles' and their staff. The sale has gone along very smoothly, l have been kept up to date by Ashli at each stage.
Whenever l have phoned to ask a question, if Ashli or Stephen haven't been available l have been phoned back within a very short period.
Can't fault them, would definitely recommend them to others.
My flat was a retirement flat and l know the house manager has kept 'Castles' details for when other retirement flats come up for sale.

Before I write my review I would like to take this fantastic opportunity to Thank Ashli Cortez and her colleagues in supporting and help dealing with my property sale. They are a professional organisation and have a wealth of experiences between them. The advice they have provided to me is second to none and deserves a mention in this review. They are prompt in their responses and bend over backwards in helping with the smooth processes of purchasing this property. If you look at their homepage under the title about us you will see their introduction and ethos about the company and I totally agree and support that. I had a very bad experience with a well known High Street Estate Agent after asking them to sell my property, I found their staff to be very unproffessional and rude. That is when I went to Castles Estate Agent, Enfield Highway for their help. It was a match made in Heaven, Steven,David and Ashli were very helpful and kept me up to date on all aspect of my House Sale.
