Kendrick Property Services is the most professional estate agents I have ever used or encountered! They literally strive to deliver! Nothing is too much hassle for them. They are always courteous and proactive in their approach, and are great communicators. They not just helped me (I was the seller in this instance) but they also helped the buyer with the entire conveyancing process. I was assigned Dan to look after me. I could not of asked for anyone better! He really did go above and beyond his role to deliver. I cannot thank him enough. This was not a smooth sale (not their fault) but they did everything possible for me and the buyer to achieve our goals. Paul Kendrick who was riding shotgun for Dan was also amazing. Their entire team are friendly and knowledgeable and professional in every sense. In the future I will always use them and highly recommend them to everyone I know. You WILL be in very safe hands. I cannot recommend Kendrick’s more highly! Both Paul and Dan were fantastic throughout. We had an extremely long and stressful sale due to this falling during the COVID lockdown however Kendrick’s updated us at every step of the sale. They were also keen to help with our onward purchase and assisting with the remainder of the chain towards exchange/completion.
