I have always found Philip James really helpful at the lettings side of their business. I have dealt with a lot of agents over the years but these are trouble free. I deal a lot with Mark Lambley with maintenance issues on a particularly difficult property . He is amazing , so efficient , helpful and completely reliable .
I live in London and the property is Manchester I need people I can whole heartily trust and this is the company .
Also I have on occasion dealt with Mark Hughes on rent queries, again he responds quickly,politely and gets things sorted. It makes my life so much easier.
Therefore I can strongly recommend using Philip James , I have nothing to gain by singing their praises but with people constantly moaning and complaining about poor service it's nice to compliment and show your satisfaction .
