I have had experience with a number of estate agencies in London for the past 20 years. Avrasons is by far the best one I have dealt with. In fact it does not compare to any other. Everyone has been impeccable from the start till the end. Richard, Ian and Hollie who I mostly communicated with over a 6 year tenancy were delightful to speak to, professional and really effective and prompt in dealing with any queries or requests. Unlike most agencies they have also been extremely accommodating and understanding in helping me with moving out and making the process smooth and pain free. Knowing the stress involved in trying to find a nice place estate, I would wholeheartedly recommend Avrasons (which was also recommended to me by a friend when I was looking for a place to rent) and if I return to the area I will definitely be going back to them. Thank you very much Richard, Hollie and Ian for making my long stay a really pleasant and humane experience.

We rented via Avrasons in Oval for four years and they were a fantastic agent throughout our time. We rented via Avrasons in Oval for four years and they were a fantastic agent throughout our time. Any issues were dealt with promptly, and if there were problems with the flat they were dealt with the following day, so we were never inconvenienced. Ian in particular was extremely helpful over the four years, and saw us through signing the contract to leaving the property. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, or to recommend them to a friend.

I have recently become a tenant of one of the properties managed by Avrasons. I had contact with two agents: Richard (primarly) and Ian. Both were very helpful and polite. The agency has low fees for tenants. I would have rated them as excellent if it wasn't for the fact that I wasn't told about annual renewal fees until I read the contract. On the other hand, when I needed help with my gas boiler they provided help immediately and in a very professional manner. Overall, I had a very stress free and pleasent experience with Avrasons.

We have been living in an Avrasons let and managed property for 2 years. Ian has been an excellent property manager, resolving all queries or sorting any problems with the flat extremely efficiently. After 2 years our property requirements changed and we began the search for a new property with Richard in the lettings team. Within minutes (!) of indicating we would like to move, but ideally stay with Avrasons, Richard had provided us with details of properties which might fit our requirements. We did not need to look any further. Richard negotiated well with the landlord to achieve a fair rent within our budget. The whole process has been managed efficiently, smoothly and professionally. No complaints at all - Avrasons provide an excellent service, both in terms of property management and lettings. Highly recommended.
