All Staff friendly & worked hard to sell the property after 1st & 2nd buyers ‘pulled out.’
Good valuation, kept me updated at all times. Ann often helpful explaining the legal process.
First ‘Time wasters’ wanted Property taken off the market, I agreed but not really knowing what this entailed. Advice as to what this meant would have been helpful at the time.
Error made in first instance when my Solicitors were given to my 1st buyers (I was selling 2 properties) Lawson’s found me new Solicitors.
Lights were sometimes left on in an empty property.
Error made on the final day with Lawson’s fees, it was put right. I’ve never received a copy of the quote/contract.
Overall the property was sold. Thank you.

I actually dealt with most of the staff (not just Tony and Katrina) as I lived away from the property being sold, therefore needing constant updating by phone, e mail etc. I found all the staff at Woolwell Crescent to be pleasant, efficient and helpful. They helped me put a sensible and realistic price on the house which resulted in a relatively quick sale. When our first buyers fell through they were quick to re-offer it on the market and arrange several viewings. I found the website login was particularly useful to keep track of viewings and offers etc. Overall a very positive experience.
