I've had a really positive experience with Trading Places so far- any maintenance issues with the property have been sorted promptly. I have used Trading Places for the last seven years and would highly recommended them. An engaged and knowledgeable team - they are pro active, responsive, and flexible. I know I can relax and leave them to manage my property. When I do have questions, they are accommodating and understanding. They will always take the time to make sure we get to the best outcome, even if it means more work for them. I am also confident that they communicate effectively with my tenants, keeping them well informed and treated fairly. Great service and great value.

Once again, Trading Places have done a fantastic job letting my property. The most important thing they do is that they listen to what people want, and then make it happen, which is more important to them than just doing a deal, which is what sets them aside from the bigger Estate Agents. They are a small, family concern, and they survive on their excellent reputation. They work equally for the Landlord and the Tenant by ensuring the property is fully legal and safe and by doing all the necessary background checks on the new tenant. Landlord and Tenant equally happy. I recommend without hesitation.
