The advisor who called me was very polite without being excessively servile which makes a pleasant change. He found a policy that suited my needs quickly and efficiently and kept in touch by phone without being a nuisance to ensure that everything was going smoothly. Overall a good experience which gives me confidence in Peacock as a company.
