Dear Cheryl, I am sorry that you have been unhappy with the service you feel you have received. The small refund of £20 has in fact been refunded . Unfortunately we were not aware of the outstanding balance as the property manager whom you dealt with has been on furlough along with many others in these unprecedented times.
