We were recommended to Stags by a relative who had used the Honiton branch. We were disappointed with the service . They would not negotiate on their fee despite being 0.5% higher than other branches. They did find us a buyer but we had to keep ringing ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
No negotiation despite other branches charging less. Paying a higher commission we hoped to get a higher service but sadly that was not the case.
