LISTENED TO MY COMPLAINTS AND LOOKED INTO THE ISSUES-I FELT i WAS IGNORED AND FOBBED OFF. THEIR EXCUSES WERE LAME AND INACCURATE. I FELT AS I DID ALOT OF THE WORK THEY SHOULD OF DONE I REQUESTED SOME MONIES BACK FROM MY LETTING FEE.? STUPIDLY,THIS WASNT EVEN CONSIDERED(EVEN THOUGH THEY FAILED TO DO 50% OF WHAT THEY SHOULD OF DONE) THEY WONT HAVE MY CUSTOM AGAIN.

Relayed full messages to the landlord, and been honest with us. We feel this member of staff was completely incompetent; as she had no concept of the effects of her actions... Perhaps this only comes with advancing age, and the agent should consider the life experiences of their employees... Before indeed employing them,

Not rent out an unsuitable property, get your staff trained to fix problems when they're reported, not a month later and to be able to talk to people, stop being so useless.

Our INTRODUCTION package is just £250.00 Plus VAT, please be aware that this amount will be required to be paid upfront prior to advertising.

Our comprehensive tenant find only package is just ONE MONTHS RENT Inc VAT. Subject to a minimum charge of £700.00 inc VAT.

Our comprehensive Rent Collection package is just ONE MONTHS RENT Inc VAT. Subject to a minimum charge of £650.00 inc VAT and then a monthly commission charge at 9.6% inc VAT each month of service.

Our Managed Tenancy package is just ONE MONTHS RENT Inc VAT. Subject to a minimum charge of £600.00 inc VAT and then a monthly commission charge at 12% inc VAT each month of service.

Tenant Fees

-Rent
-A refundable tenancy deposit capped at no more than 5 weeks’ rent where the total annual rent is less than £50,000, or 6 weeks’ rent where the total annual rent is £50,000 or above
-Payments associated with early termination of the tenancy, when requested by the tenant
-Payments capped at £50 (or reasonably incurred costs, if higher) for the variation, assignment or novation of a tenancy
-Payments in respect of utilities, communication services, TV licence and -Council Tax
-A default fee for late payment of rent and replacement of a lost key/security device giving access to the housing, where required under a tenancy agreement
