Completely agree! As a tennant renting with Martin and Co in Rochdale we face problem after problem after problem. The member of staff in question who has absolutely no customer service skills is called ******, and is well known throughout the Rochdale estate agents sector for her unbelievable way of speaking to and dealing with people. I would never let with Martin & Co again and I would advise anyone not to either!
