Check out report took all day. Report released after 12 days after promise of 48 hours or less. Report full of omissions. Report inaccurate. Report failed to check the earlier check in report. Report missed the drugs to include class A drugs and open and used syringes left by the tenant who is a TV presenter. Report failed to report the damage and loss. PropMedia promises to refund you for their services if they do not deliver on their word. Eventually once they cannot deliver on their promises, they argue against refunding the agreed costs through the use of ridiculous statements.

A let down. Unnecessary spend
Had to transfer from Jupix - which was actually quite good. This Alto has been a shambles from the start. The transfer was a mess, training expensive, not intuitive and full of bugs. It’s also really expensive, I’m on a 2 year tie-in and it’s gone up nearly £200. The company arrogant and customer service calls take weeks to be answered.
Received a very poor quality report from Assist Inventories that stated "Evidence of pet: no" in an apartment where the main bedroom absolutely stank of cat urine upon entry, the main bedroom's carpet showed visible yellow stains and the sofa showed visible cat clawing damage (see an attached photos). We joined because I was assured the mobile app would be fit for purpose, i was mis sold and complained within my first 3 months. This never materialised and affected our business which isn't office based. They fail to tell you that after the first 24 month contract they automatically lead onto a further 24 month contract.
