I have had exactly the same issues with this estate agents.
We signed papers on a house, due to poor communication between members of staff and their reference company the house fell through with 2 weeks before the moving in date and 2 weeks before we're all made homeless.
They've backed us into a corner by telling us that they will only waiver 1 of our agency fees however if we try and find a house through them immediately non of us would lose our agency fees. How do we not know they're l ...

Complaints Procedure
We have an in-house complaints procedure through which we endeavour to resolve any issues direct with our management team. If, however any client feels that this is not sufficient, then complaints are directed to our umbrella company, Xperience. They too have a procedure for handling complaints. In addition, we are members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme.
