We are aware of the issues raised on this property, but at no point did you insist that the property be cleaned to your satisfaction prior to moving in. Our normal application process includes any other conditions of let (beyond what is seen) that are written into the contracts on application so that the tenant and landlords are fully aware of the obligations on moving in. Had a great experience with Camberley branch. The owner could not do enough and was both polite and proffesional. Would recommend for friendly staff and a very quick let which mean't my property had no void period of being empty. If you need a quick let these are the people to make it happen. ...

We can confirm that a rent increase notice was served incorrectly and once we had realised our mistake we apologised and it was withdrawn as stated. We re-issued a formal notice in the correct manner in order to give you time to respond. At all times we informed you of how to act if you disagreed with the increase. As long as Belvoir are receiving their 12.1/2% + VAT from the rent they are happy. They have no consideration for either Landlord or Tenant and certainly don't do the things they state on their website. Would never be involved with them again....

Nick, you never sent us anything in 4 years by letter, even though we wrote in several times. I actually recall you, the manager, yelling at my husband over the phone about the nerve we have trying to make things difficult for you by writing in. Oh and I was actually home when 1 of your agents tried opening my door without notice. Citizens Advice office are activelly collecting complaints about your office and illegal entry into properties without tenant consent. Good luck. ...
