We have checked and double-checked our debt register this morning – there are no records which match the name on your profile. Please could you respond to this message privately, confirming your name and property address,
The late fees are system generated. Those are applied automatically to invoices that remain unpaid after 2 invoice reminders. They are certainly not charged by the hour.

A quick search on companies house and you will find that this company is technically trading insolvent for the last 2 years. Worse still, they had a compulsory strike off action in December 2019

Hi, thanks for the review.
Re your points on financial stability. We have invested heavily in the last 12 months on technology, and (of arguably greater importance) on the addition of more really good people to our team. Our turnover of staff is negligible, a boast which is unusual for our industry. That is because we look after them, pay them properly, promote flexible working and provide a generous holiday allowance.
Despite this past year’s expenditure, we have zero (nil) bank debt.

Dear David. Sorry to hear that you are unhappy but thanks for the feedback, which we always act upon. Most services facilitated by 91BC have been suspended per government advice, however gardening and ground maintenance work has been encouraged and therefore we have continued to facilitate that service (the contracted providers of those services must observe social distancing measures again in line with government advice).
