This is far from the truth. 1. When I moved in, I had no hot water in my shower. This took nearly a week to fix with several visits from engineers. I had to use the shower in the unoccupied room opposite mine. 2. My wall was only painted after I had to chase your company when I was told it would have been the next day. It was painted nearly 2 weeks after. 3. The heating in my room was not back on within 24 hrs. It had not been working for a week as complaints were raised by others on the ...

Hi Sonia, I am sorry that you experienced difficulties during your time at Zest. In regards to the deposit we do certainly endeavour to release deposits within 10 working days of the check out inspection being completed. I believe that we released yours in full with 12 working days. In regards to contacting Zest we do ask all tenants to contact us via the Arthur on Line app; this ensures that all efforts to contact us are logged and directed to the correct person. Hi Arda, thanks for taking time to post both reviews early on in your tenancy. I am sorry that you found items missing when you first moved in. It is always a challenge to ensure that tenants do not remove items into their rooms and we are always trying out best to refill communal supplies as quickly as we can. I do understand the comment about food items in the cupboards however we do also ask tenants to be responsible for what is in the kitchen so that should old food items be found they c ...
