Service charge is definitely one of the highest in Sheffield including the additional surprise over spend. I do not feel its worth the charge as my other properties charged less but maintained way better at least they respond well. Too much money spent on little work. Rubbish.

**BAD** Extortionate fees for you to be safe in the knowledge that 'Why Oh Why Management' will do absolutely nothing to maintain any of their properties. They also have an energy company that no one has heard of (Clever Energy), who charge you the earth for nothing.

Answer the phone instead of leaving a message on the answering machine telling customers to email and we will get back to you in due course.
Maintain the building...clean the windows, sweep the outside, hoover the halls, or don't charge such high maintenance charges.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Been more efficient and taken the time to apply the conditions of our leases, rather than try to make us fit their standard way of working. Also they could supply better documents, they use a standard computer system but use it less efficiently than some other agents.
