If I could give no starts I would. We pay them quarterly for ground rent and service charges but they never send out statements nor can they do direct debits so I have a quarterly standing order. Unfortunately the charges have increased in the meantime ...

I would give 0 stars if could! INSANE service charge amounts and property is not maintained well. Allocated Building manager has not bothered to visit the property. Slow and minimal response vs email and no communication via phone. Poor service and thoroughly disappointed....

I have never seen anything like this, they intentionally want you to delay payments so they can then charge you ridiculous amounts via the legal letters etc and also do not respond to any mail etc. and force you via the legal route. Its disgusting ...

Refuse to rectify an issue with electrics that means parts of the building are in total darkness. Rather than fixing this issue for the safety and security of tenants, they choose to blame contractors and builders. 9 months later and still no action....

They charge huge amounts and the windows are never clean, walls are filthy and the building looks unkept.... yet for the price we pay not only should it be immaculate we should have a pool, gym and onsite staff!

I am paying 3.8K for a 2 bedroom flat (70 sq m). There is no gym or similar facilities in the building. That charge doesn't include items such as registering tenants (for which they attempt to charge £100 + VAT) or producing documents for lenders.
