They charge huge amounts and the windows are never clean, walls are filthy and the building looks unkept.... yet for the price we pay not only should it be immaculate we should have a pool, gym and onsite staff!

Comment on agent fees
I am paying 3.8K for a 2 bedroom flat (70 sq m). There is no gym or similar facilities in the building. That charge doesn't include items such as registering tenants (for which they attempt to charge £100 + VAT) or producing documents for lenders.
