In response to the agents response. I would like to know why I was not asked to be present at the inventory like all other places I have lived and checked out at the end of tenancy always had to be present for the inventory. This is not only about the deposit. I was not informed of any complaints procedure actually quite the contrast felt extremely pressured and extremely stressed out in my last months in the rented accommodation due to no compromise at many times whenever I approached the agent ...

I can’t speak highly of Lynburge after looking at a few properties in SE9 we eventually found one through YOPA. Lynburge was friendly, professional. And even tho the property was not for me he made the whole experience seem less. He called straight away to confirm the booking and was extremely polite.
