I rented with WSC- estates until the end of 2015. After contacting them repeatedly I still have never received my deposit back, or any communication regarding it. ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Be a decent human being and fix the toilet allowing us to live in what we pay for - answer their phones - not break in! Send an email, a text... notify us of your arrival! Is it really that hard to do? After all, you do get a large amount of money for not doing anything...

What agent could do to change your mind?
If only they had some common decency i would give them a far better review, but it is so obvious they don't care for their customers, you have to fight for everything. The house would've been okay value, but this completely ruins it, and frankly i am very happy to be leaving never to return!
