Comment on agent fees
‚£150 for signing a new contract to stay for another year. Every time I got a phone call to say it was ready to sign I went in, only to be told it was not ready!!!!! This happened 3times I just can't believe how little communication goes on within this complaint.

I would advise anyone to avoid, over priced fees and a charging of £150 to renew your tenancy agreement, which they call an admin fee!
3months property inspections and will enter even with you out!
