What agent could do to change your mind?
BY NOT BEING DECEITFUL WOULD BE A START, THIS CAN BE ACHIEVED IF YOU CLOSE! ALSO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MUCH EASIER WHEN YOU ARE NOT RUDE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS, AND TRY OFFERING A SERVICE THAT ALLEGEDLY YOU SPECIALISE IN, IE ATTENDING TO PROPERTY MATTERS WITHIN A REASONABLE TIMEFRAME, IE LESS THAN 6 MONTHS

This comment is rather astonishing as all repairs issues have been dealt with as swiftly as possible following the leak which was in fact an external problem with the block itself requiring an insurance claim. "Martin" who for some reason choses to use a false name lives at Bridge Street,Birmingham. What is more of a surprise is that if “Martin” was so unhappy with this flat, why then has he just extended his tenancy for a further term?” ...
