As in the main review, the fees were good. I thought the initial fees were reasonable and less than many others we looked at and that the renewal fees were extremely good value. The terms of the contract offered were also very good and the agent was very willing to ask the Landlord about flexible terms.

Treated me like a human being. I am a young professional, not DSA, never missed a payment or rent and yet I was treated like dirt. The impression very much was they took my money and wanted nothing more than to sit at their desks.
