Agency fees are pretty high and 6 monthly (for tenancy renewal) although they have offered to seek a longer tenancy for us from the landlord, and all agency fees in Brighton are pretty steep! All in all, not wildly above average.

Fortunately I got the help of Mark Blencowe to leave the Studio Flat.
