Jon, I am not shocked at your 1 star review, however I must make comment to this. Our contract states that if we "introduce the buyer, negotiate the offer and send offer acceptance letters out", then in theory we had sold your house. The fact that you told us you were taking your house off the market and not moving, then still proceeded to sell the property to the buyer we introduced (when we found out over a year later) sums this up nicely. You are correct, we did get legal and instruct solicit ...
