What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have been less biased towards the landlord's interests and protect the tenant. Quality of housing in London is declining as landlords do not invest in fixing the basics.

Awful agent. Treat you like sh*t once you’ve signed the contract - had my wife in tears twice. The workmen that came over to mend the house were ‘smoking pot’ and we had to tell them to leave. Work took months to complete, don’t know how they get away with the way they treat people. The Manager comes from a different planet and the staff are scared of him. ...
