in my humble opinion the fees do not reflect the amount of work involved in this purchase. ie they earn a lot of money for not a lot of obvious work. [i realise that not all properties taken on by any one agent get sold by that agent, but i don't like the idea of subsidising non-deals.]

I am sorry that you are not happy with the service we provided. To address your concerns, firstly the price was in part dictated by the sheer number of flats that have come to the market within the same development at the same time – there are still a number of flats there which are empty as they have been priced too highly.
