Would have to respect and protect both tenants and landlords interests.
Have to learn a strategy to be fair and reasonable when dealing with public.
All the breakages caused by the tenants, their costs just automatically go to the landlords to cover. (That's their own management)!.

Fees charged were industry standard. You may find other agents offering 'reduced' or 'cut price' fees that are cheaper and you should ask yourself why and I think instructing the best agent is not something to skim on. You get what you pay for and the team at Winkworth N13 offer a premium photography service, along with the best marketing strategies and probably the best database of buyers to pitch your property to.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have been honest and told us that it was a short term lease for 6 months not 12.(we specifically asked about this)
They could have checked to see if when someone was in the shower they were visible from the street rather than behave as if I was lying.
They could have been helpful with our move and agreed to put our tivo box in the prepaid enveloppe to arrive at the house.
