What agent could do to change your mind?
As with many estate agents, the fees are extortionate. They are more than happy to slap a ‚£50 "admin" fee on any kind of minor change and simply refuse to change details if it involves them doing work.

We agreed a fixed rate fee but as we introduced the buyer felt that there should be a reduction. After negotiating with Simon Dale we agreed on a smaller reduction than we would have liked.
