We have never had a complaint from anyone on this and the person who registered this comment has not come back to us from our responce above - we are really keen to speak to this person as we do not one any unhappy customers - we have a computerised system and always pay rents immediately when money comes in our client account is audited by a chartered accountant and he reports back to ARLA as a condition of our licensed status with them and so the above just does not happen - all new landlords ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
