I have never had to pay for a tenancy agreement in the past, the agreed letting fee has included everything, so I was surprised when the tenancy agreement came through that there were additional costs which now have to be paid.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Treat us with respect. Treat others how you would wish to be treated - I am sure you wouldn't want to be dealing with raw sewerage on a regular basis and be unable to have a warm showever when you get home from work.

Please report Whirlybird to Trading Standards. Without further complaints, trading standards will not investigate them. If they have enough people complain and provide evidence, then they will be able to look at stopping them from trading in such an appalling and inhumane manner. ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
They should have come to see the problem for themselves and thought of the problems I, their tenant, would be experiencing if they had the same problem. It was far too protracted and they didn't seem too interested to be honest.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
