Comment on agent fees
The fees tare not only reasonable but also better than some rivals, who may inflate the initial valuation /asking price as they get a percentage of that; Joe made it clear that they get 1% of the actual sale price, so it is both in their interest to get as much as possible, but also to be accurate in the valuation so that a sale is actually achieved. This was very re-assuring.
