The presales communication was so horrible that I imagine if I was a tenant and called them up about a broken sink they'd get an elictrician to come over. Absolutely a joke and I feel dearly sorry for any tenants....

A detailed inventory with photographs was given out the outset and a checkout report by an independent inventory company. Deductions were made based on these two reports as is normal with every Tenancy. There is nothing more an agent or landlord can do. Damages will always be chargeable, and were agreed by one of the Tenants, who later retracted her agreement.
