It is mandatory that we have full information about prospective buyers before we are willing to send a member of the team to meet with someone we do not know at a property. I can also assure you it isn't "pathetic" but is a standard security measure. Having scoured the High Street agents for what fees I could expect to pay, I thought that to get the best service, I would need to pay extortionate amounts for fees. However, I was proved wrong when not only did I feel the most comfortable when with Wentworth & Rose and felt that they really understood my needs as a landlord, it was a wonderful surprise to find their fees the most competitive on the High Street too!
